PET Membrane Switch With 3M 467 Adhesive tactile dome
Custom graphic overlays and dead front panels are available in
polycarbonate and polyester materials and can be digitally cut and
punched to custom specifications. Precise control markings, dials,
safety instructions and brandings are screen or digitally printed
onto the overlay. Dead front graphics can be applied and will only
appear when back-lit. Overlays and panels can be processed up to
24" x 36" in size.
We can produce various sizes, shapes and colors of graphic overlays
and “Deadfront” overlays. Graphic overlays can also have clear or
translucent windows that allow LED’s or lights to come through.
Areas of selective adhesive can also allow for the use over
switches. “Deadfronts” use a translucent black or red over the
windows to hide their appearance until light comes through from
behind. These panels can be diecut to any size or shape, with a
wide range of adhesives. You can rely on us problem solving
abilities to give you the best material and ADHESIVE combinations for your applications.

Q2 : Is my switch file safe if I send it to you for manufacturing?
A : We respect customer's design authority and will never
manufacture membrane switch/ graphic overlay for someone else
without
your permission. NDA is acceptable.
Q3 : Can you copy membrane switch/ graphic overlay samples without
file?
A : Yes, we can clone membrane switch/ graphic overlay according to
your samples.
Q4 : What payment do you accept ?
A : TT/ Western Union.
Q5 : What's your shipping way ?
A : 1. We have our own forwarder to ship goods by DHL, UPS, FEDEX,
TNT, EMS.
2. If you have your own forwarder, we can cooperate with them.
