Membrane Switch Technical Information
Graphic Overlay – Polyester is usually the material of choice due
to its superior chemical resistance and flex life compared to
polycarbonate. Pannam can either digitally print, screen-print, or
employ a combination of both methods to ensure you get the right
colors, textures and finishes your design requires.
Overlay Adhesive – This adhesive layer bonds the graphic overlay to
the top circuit layer, and is typically an acrylic adhesive.
Top Circuit Layer – This is a 0.005″ – 0.007″ heat stabilized
polyester printed with silver-filled electrically conductive inks
and also dielectric inks.
Circuit Spacer – This layer separates the top circuit from the
bottom circuit so the switch remains normally open until the keypad
is pressed. The circuit spacer is a polyester spacer with adhesive
on both sides.
Lower Circuit Layer – This is a 0.005″ – 0.007″ heat stabilized
polyester printed with silver-filled electrically conductive inks
and also dielectric inks. This layer terminates as a flexible tail
that serves as the interconnect to controller PCBs or other
electronics.
Rigid Support Layer – This optional layer can add structural
integrity to the membrane switch assembly.

Q2 : Is my switch file safe if I send it to you for manufacturing?
A : We respect customer's design authority and will never
manufacture membrane switch/ graphic overlay for someone else
without
your permission. NDA is acceptable.
Q3 : Can you copy membrane switch/ graphic overlay samples without
file?
A : Yes, we can clone membrane switch/ graphic overlay according to
your samples.
Q4 : What payment do you accept ?
A : TT/ Western Union.
Q5 : What's your shipping way ?
A : 1. We have our own forwarder to ship goods by DHL, UPS, FEDEX,
TNT, EMS.
2. If you have your own forwarder, we can cooperate with them.
Q6 : How about the MOQ?
A : 1 pcs, but normally 5 pcs samples for memrbane switch, 10 pcs
for membrane overlay.
